The Bujagali Hydropower Project will comply with strict environmental and other regulatory requirements before construction may begin. Bujagali Energy Limited has completed and submitted several major documents to the Government of Uganda (National Environmental Management Authority) and prospective project lenders (The World Bank Group and others) as part of their comprehensive review of the proposed project.

The documents that we have submitted (to date) appear below and can be accessed by clicking on the title of each. Due to their size, we have segregated maps, charts and other graphics and posted them as separate documents. This will enable you to open and/or print them more quickly.
